Most of us have a cast-iron skillet tucked away in a kitchen cabinet collecting dust. We often forget that the cast iron skillet is one of the most versatile kitchen tools. You can make just about anything in a cast-iron skillet – from breakfast to desserts! For some reason, everything just tastes better when made in a cast-iron skillet.
The more you use a cast-iron skillet, the more seasoned it becomes. More seasoned = more yummy food. I’m 100% guilty of not using my cast iron skillet nearly as often as I would like. So, I’d like to take on a challenge to use my cast iron skillet more often. Will you join me? My goal is to use it at least 3 times a week for 1 month. How often will you use your cast iron skillet?
I would love to see your beautiful cast iron skillet dishes so don’t forget to take a photo, post it on Facebook or Instagram and tag me! (https://www.facebook.com/wokandskillet on Facebook and wokandskillet on Instagram) I can’t wait to see your dishes!
I’ve teamed up with some of my blogger friends to bring you 25 cast iron skillet recipes you can try!
