If you make a big batch and have leftovers, be sure to store all the ingredients separately; especially the tortilla chips as they will get soggy quickly.
Taco Salad with Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- [3 tablespoon taco seasoning]
- 2 heads romaine lettuce cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 roma tomatoes diced
- ½ onion white or red
- 1 avocado diced
- [Ranch dressing]
- [1 small bag Doritos Nacho cheese flavored]
- Cheddar cheese shredded
- cilantro
Instructions
- Saute ground beef till fully cooked. Add taco seasoning. Let cool.
- Assemble the salad - lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avocado.
- Add ground beef.
- Top with ranch dressing and cheddar cheese, and crushed Doritos
- Garnish with cilantro
