oyster sauce

corn starch mixed with approx 2 tablespoon water

green onion

Instructions
Heat up approx 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a wok. When it starts to smoke, add ground pork. Stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, water and sugar. Mix well.
Cut the tofu into approx. 1 inch pieces, add to wok.
Stir gently. Take the wok off the heat and leave it covered for about 5 minutes.
Add green onions to garnish. Serve with rice.
