Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Layer the tortilla chips in a cast iron skillet.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the tortilla chips, top with shredded chicken, then BBQ sauce.
Repeat with one more layer.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until all the cheese is melted.
Top with sliced red onion, avocado, olives, jalapeno and cilantro.
