This quick and easy Sweet Chili Edamame is perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side dish. Edamame pods are pan-fried in garlic, sweet chili sauce, then topped with toasted sesame seeds for a bit of an extra crunch.

Instructions
Add the salt to the water, then bring the salted water to a boil in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat.
Add the frozen edamame pods to the boiling water. Boil for 4 minutes.
Drain the edamame, then rinse with cold water.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the edamame to the pan; stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the garlic, then stir-fry till aromatic (about 30 seconds).
Pour the chili sauce over the edamame, followed by the toasted sesame seeds. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Allow the edamame to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
