Pantai Thai Tea Mix

water

Half and half
evaporated milk or whole milk

tablespoon
condensed milk

Instructions
Bring water to a soft boil, then add Pantai Thai Tea Mix.
Stir well, then turn off heat.
Add sugar.
Let steep for 30 minutes.
Run the tea through a strainer into another pot or container. Let it cool completely.
When ready to serve, fill a tall glass with ice, then fill to about ⅔ of the cup with the tea.
Top with half and half, whole milk or evaporated milk plus condensed milk (optional) for extra sweetness.
